Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

My transmission went in my truck n my friend saw western sky on tv n I had no choice cause I needed my truck back asap.I've paid on it about 4 payments n the balance goin no where.I eventually look online and saw lotta complaints about them.Now I regret doin it.Reason I ask what to do cause I had to change my bank account cause someone had all my info.Someone said by them being on reservation that you not obligated to pay them.I wanna know what should I do?
