Re: Virginia Community Property

There is no "Community Property Law" in Virginia, although spouses may incur responsibity for each other's so-called "necessaries of life", which could include medical care.

If you're such a spouse, better arrange for a consulation with an attorney who is knowledgeable and experienced in Virginia probate matters to advise you on this particular issue.
