Wage garnishment hearing but am no longer employed by company they want to garnish wages from. What do I do?

Nothing. The company will respond that you don't work there and that ends that garnishment. However, you may want to try to settle the matter now to avoid garnishment in the future, or consider filing bankruptcy if you are unable to pay your debts.
