Wage garnishments in Virginia

Can a judgement issued in a Florida Circuit Court cause wages in Virginia to be garnished?

Yes, indeed, if the judgment is properly registered in the appropriate Virginia court and

enforced according to Virginia protocols, the Virginia wages being paid to the judgment debtor may be subject to garnishment. (If the Florida judgment is for unpaid child support arrearages such registration of the judgment in Virginia may not even be necessary.)
