warrant in debt
I have been awarded $1,653.00 plus 6% interest. How can I collect this?

Your task now is to locate the assets
of your judgment debtor which could be wages or bank accounts or other property against which you could enforce your judgment. The debtor's wages could be garnished or his bank accounts subject to levy(seizure).
If you were to discover real property owned by the debtor, that also, depending upon how title is held, could be encumbered with a lien, and, possibly, even sold at auction.
