Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

I need to get a Warrant in Debt to collect for unpaid invoices. Do I put my business name as the plantiff and their business name as defendant if that's how the contract is written?

Yes, that should work if these invoices are payable to the business. (And, you

should also be able to add your own name as owner of the business as plaintiff

as well as the names of all known owners of the defendant business as defendants.)
