Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

I have a warrant in debt court date set, but I have made payment arrangments with the creditor. By the court date I would have made 2 payments plus an extra $300 bring the debt down to $495.05 from $895.05. What are the chances the judge will not put the judgement in place. I do not want a judgement on my credit.

That would most likely be up to your creditor and/or the attorney representing them.
