warrants for debt

If I am legally divorced, but still have the house in both names ( we are trying to sell it) Can my ex husbands debtors (incurred after he moved out) put leins on the house or take payment from the house?

If your former husband still owns his half of the property, his judgment creditors could file liens against the property but would not be able to foreclose if you and he still hold title jointly as tenants by the entireties.
