Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

Warrent in DEBT (VA) what to do?

I have to go to court this month for a credit card debt. What should I say at court, what to ask for? The company, suing me is Mann Bracken, is there a way to reduce the debt? Also, I never signed anything w/ the original credit card company. I'm willing to pay monthley, b/c I do not want my pay garnished.

any help would be greatly apreciated.

THANKS

When you go for your first court appearance on the matter, admit nothing and ask the court for a BOP(Bill of Particulars)from the plaintiff. Then arrrange to consult with an attorney who is knowledgeable and experienced in this area of law and who can advise you as to how you might best prepare and present your Answer and Grounds of Defense.
