Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia
I won two judgments in Prince William County Courts. One is for a guy that I paid for finishing my basement and after 5 years of going back and forth to court, I finally won. He is locked up in jail and was wondering how I can get my money. I have his SSN if that helps.
I also won a judgment against my tenant that destroyed my home. I have her bank, work and SSN information. My husband is Active Duty Military and we live in Germany. Any help in collecting these debts is greatly appreciated.

Regarding the "jailbird", until he's out of the slammer and you can identify assets, your chances are virtually nil (of collecting anything).
As for the destructive former tenant, if the information you've cited is accurate, that judgment could be enforceable but you had best plan on sharing at least
one third of it with the Virginia attorney whose services you engage to
make it happen.
