Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I had over 3000.00 cash money taken from my house from a person I was dating, she stayed at my home unattended, she took it from a place that was hidden in my closet, I have her confessing on text messaging, she won't pay it back, what can I do leally to get my money back?
