2. Are there any state laws prohibiting a felon on probation or parole to be used as a confidental informant?
3. What state laws prohibit felons on probation or parole to be used in drug buys?

1. Of course, if the cops/prosecutors want to use them and such use would not violate the conditions of their probation or parole.
2. No, none that I'm aware of.
