Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
3 Grand larceny and 1 petty larceny
My son just turned 18 and now has these 4 new charges .I dont know what to do . He has had juv. recorded .Can they go by that ? They kept him at school nearly 5 hours in the office qeustioning him . He repeadly asked to call home the princal. didnt call me untill after he was aresttred . And he was made to give a statement . All items were returned . My has meantal problems what can I do to HELP HIM !
