Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
2 Minors meeting without parental consent
I've had a correspondance with someone in Virginia for some time and had plans to meet them. My mother said the concern for her was that without parental permission from that person's parents I'd be at legal risk even if I myself was a minor. I'd like to know what kind of legal rammifications could take place and how serious they would be. If it matters and I know it does I'm a 16 year old boy and she is a 16 year old girl.
