Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
2nd offense driving on suspended license
What would be the probable sentance for a 2nd offense of driving w/o a license? (lost to a dui-but working to afford the $600.00+ cost associated in reinstating it) Fines have been paid and sr22 being paid for and license in progress.

If you were apprehended driving on a suspended license due to a DUI conviction, you could then be brought back before the court where you were convicted and whatever part of the DUI sentence
which was suspended(whether fine/jail or both), could then be imposed.
