Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
1 possession of marijuan charge
If i am on my 1st charge of possession in the state of Virginia, and am eligible for the program requiring me to take drug class, 6 months suspended license, 20 hours of community service, and probation, am i allowed to move and transfer that to a different state?

Only if the Virginia probation office agrees to it.
