1st time ever in trouble
I have never gotten in trouble with the law before and recently i was convicted of shoplifting i was wandering what steps i could take to get the shoplifting conviction removed from my permanat record

Unless you received the disposition of SIS(Suspended Imposition of Sentence), the record of your conviction is not removable.
