Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
when i was 18 i was stupid and allowed my ex boyfriend to open an account with me and i ended up writing some bad checks and getting charged with bad check larceny 3 times one was dismissed one was brought down to a tresspassing and the other one stayed as a larceny.. its now three years later and im in school for criminal justice and just found out i cant even get a intership at a courthouse because of the misdemeanors i was wondering would i be able to get these off my record

No, not unless you can prove that you were wrongfully convicted and
consequently have received a pardon from the governor. (See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
