Probably, not much(assuming your daughter has no prior convictions), but without knowing much more, it's difficult to say with certainty.

Two charges come to immediate mind: Making threats over a telephone and Assault and Battery.

They are both Class One Misdemeanors which carry a maximum twelve months in jail and $2500 fine each.

Since there is no history between the two and nothng was done in furtherance of the threat the Assault and Battery will probably not be elevated to a felony.

Your daugter needs some Anger Control education to teach her how to deal with her feelings in a non criminal way. Get her in that and hire a good lawyer and the Court might be predisposed to put her on probabtion and ultimately dismiss the charges.

Good luck.
