Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
If I don't tell anyone that a 17 year old girl is going to run away can I get arrested if I have prior knowledge of it?

No, I don't think so (just for the run away), but later on, perhaps, who knows
what charges (whether criminal and/or civil) might be credibly laid against your apparently scheming mind and person for untoward events involving this minor female child which may later develop out of this seemingly innocent scenario (my opinion, only, of course)?
