Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I know a 17 year old who has been proven of stealing over $2500 worth of items from another students house. No one was home at the time of the crime and it occured during the daytime. What do you think the punishment would be for that person if they are convicted?

No idea, but the important thing at this point is to get
it (if true) reported to the local law enforcement authorities.
