Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
14 years ago my husband had sex with a 15 year old and he was 20 years old, she got pregunt and had a child, can she charge him 14 years later with statitory rape?

Technically, she can't charge him with anything, but if she makes a complaint the Commonwealth of Virginia could certainly charge and prosecute him for it. There is no statute of limitations on felonies in Virginia. It would be up to the discretion of the prosecutor whether to initiate charges or not.
