Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I have a 19 years old that has an felony record, because he got in some trouble when he was either
15 or 16 years old. He has been trying to get into the armed forces but because of the record they say
he cannot serve. Is there anyway for him to inlist with having this record.
