I am almost 30 years old never been in any trouble ever was just recently indited on 2 felony conspiracy charges will I do jail time or get probation

Depending upon which Virginia court it is which is involved in your case,
you should expect to do at least some time if convicted (if
not penitentiary at least the local jail).
