Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

14 yr felony conviction. I want to Be a Cop now

I was convicted of a felony ($500), accessory after the fact, and 2 counts of peatty larceny when I was 14 (1994). I am now 28 and am in the hiring process with a police department. How do I get these expunged completely from my record

You don't; felony convictions are not expungable in the Commonwealth unless you can prove that you were wrongly convicted and have received a pardon from the governor. (See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
