Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I have Accessory to Grand Larceny on my record but it is Nolle Pros. Its been 4 years since the court date. I plead against the other person they were charging. Is it possible to get this expunged off my record and if so how should i go about doing this.

If the matter was nolle prossed, you may be able to get the
record of it expunged, pursuant to Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.
