Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
How accountable am I?
I've been in car sales for 3 months now. A month and a half ago I was talked into letting a customer use three trucks to complete a job with the agreement that they would be purchased afterwards. The trucks were not returned after countless efforts and pleading. A week ago the trucks were recovered using onstar and the customers were held in custody. Of coarse the finger was pointed at me and they said they bought the trucks ''under the table''. I've been charged w/multiple felonies. How accountable am I?

Who can say, at this point "how accountable" you may be, but one thing is very clear: You should immediately engage the services of competent criminal defense counsel(if you have not already done so)to defend yourself against these very serious charges.
