Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I'm being accused by my in-house living stepbrother of stealing $1200 when in fact i took only $200 for a cellphone insurance deductible....any way he wont press charges unless i pay him the whole 1200 what can i do....I did not take that amount of money.
