Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Accused of steal Prescriptions...twice in 2 months!
This is in Virginia. Ill try to be brief...I work for my famlies service business which requires being inside of clients homes all day every day. About 2 months ago my office got a call from a local Detective stating he was conducting an investigation dealing with a missing prescription. He advised my boss (dad) he'd be contacting me to further investigate the matter. I never heard another word about it, detective never contacted me. Fast forward to last week. Same thing, different house. Both my family and myself are seriously stressing about this. As bad as it looks, i didnt take anything. Is this enough to be charged and (god forbid) convicted? What should I expect? Anything I should do or not do? ANy help is much appreciated. Hopefully this too will blow over like the first time but having it happen twice in 2 months is making me sick to my stomach.

Better get a competent criminal defense counsel to represent you in this matter---and, quickly.
