Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
At age 19, I met an individual in a bar and we started dating. Initially he told be he was 18 only a few weeks later he claimed to be 17. After a few months I was pregnant and for the first time I found out that he was really 15. Fastforward almost 4 years and I filed for child support and I was informed by him that if I persue ths support case he will go to the police and claim statutory rape. Should I be concerned ? BTW this is in the State of Virginia

By what credible and persuasive proof was it demonstrated to you "that he was really 15"? In other words, how in fact did you supposedly
find it out?
