Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Third under age possession of alcohol
My friend has gotten a possetion charge in Williamsburg (VA), and one in Farmville (VA) while she was on probation. For the Farmville one she got 100 hrs. of community service and a weekend in jail to get it dismissed. She has been off probation from that insadent, but has just recently got a third possestion the other night in Farmville...what do you think her consequences will be?
