Alcohol Charges

A keg of beer is left with a person who was 21 while you went to work. You attempt to pick up your keg to find out the police are there. Later you find out the person u left the keg with was charged with 4.1-305 & he was charged with 4.1-306 This guy admitted 2 drinking & his charge was nolle pros but they found him guilty which is being appealed. what can b done to get his charg nolle pros?

If the conviction has been appealed, it's now too late to have it nolle prossed and the matter must now be decided by the court empowered to hear the appeal.
