Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

amendment

My husband was accused of Aggravated Sexual Battery and was told to plea out to a lesser charge of Crimes Against Nature on April 4, 2003. We married on September 11, 2008 and I have to kids of my own. We are wanting how to go about filing a motion to amend the current order as it stands to where he will not get in trouble if and when we do reside together. We are trying to keep any trouble from being started and I do NOT allow him around my children, unsupervised at anytime because of the current order in place. He was falsely accused and convicted on a lie told by his ex. I just need to know what I can do and where I need to go to start the process going for the amendment. Please help!!
