Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Can I ammend my sentence?
I am on probation and completed a program at Alchohol and Drug services...now i am in another program that is conflicting with my life and job. I want to ammend my sentence so that i can be placed on regular probation. this program is ruining my life.

Talk with your lawyer who represented you in this
matter. He/she will be in the best position to advise you so that you don't end up violating the conditions of your probation.
