Appeal
Our sons reconsideration was
denied in fairfax county and he has
been moved to DOC.Is there
anything we can do as parents tp
appeal further to have his sentence
reduced.

Unless he was convicted after a trial and is still within the time frame allowed for an appeal of the verdict to the Commonwealth's appellate courts, the answer, unfortunately, is very likely, no, there is nothing further that can be done.
