can i get aressted for a probation vialation in tn if i live in va and lived in va whean i got put on probation in tn gate city va i live and am on probation in kingsport tn

If you have a conviction in Virginia and are on probation - and you do something in another
State to violate virginia rules of probation....you can still be charged and found guilty of violation. It should not matter what State you are where you commit the bad act. I would have to look to the sentencing order before I was certain as to the answer.
