please explain the difference in these two hearings

Arraignment normally occurs when a defendant is formally charged in court with a crime and enters
his plea (usually of not guilty).
An adjudicatory hearing is one in which the defendant's guilt or innocence is determined by the trier of fact(judge or jury)after hearing the evidence and arguments of counsel.
