Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
After being arrested for a DUI, my vehicle was searched and a loaded pistol was in the pocket of the passenger's seat where my boyfriend was seated..it was his gun. He has no concealed weapon license so was also arrested for that. He is a truck driver with a HazMat license..will this charge affect his license or when he has to renew it?
