Re: Arson charges

Seven counts of arson and two counts of conspiracy to commit arson to which you plan to plead guilty?

How so, and what does your criminal defense counsel have to say about this

proposed guilty plea? (You do have one, surely?)

As to your chances of remaining a volunteer firefighter after pleading guilty to such an array of serious crimes, I'd say your chances are nil

and that you're looking at a long stretch in the state penitentiary. (Your lawyer, of course, should be

able to advise you in greater detail on this particular aspect of your case.)
