Arson and Conspiracy

What would be the least amount of time a person would serve in jail if they committed arson and conspiracy to committ arson? This is the first time offense.

Not enough information to answer this question. What is alleged to have been set on fire? Bottom line is that these are both felony charges, but the class of felony, and hence potential punishment, depends on facts you have not provided. Additionally, if you were to be convicted on one or both of these charges, sentencing guidelines would be run to determine the range of years the court would have to choose from to sentence you. These guidelines take into account a number of factors, including the crimes convicted, previous record, employment and social history, etc.
