Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was asked to come into a police station concerning a theft that took place at a home I was babysitting in. After speaking with police I was told I was the only one in the home in the time frame the items went missing(december 2012-February 2013). I was only in the home for two days in january with the employer in the home and one day in february where the employer only asked if i had seen one of the items missing which i replied no to.I have been asked to take a polygraph test.
Should I take the test?

No, of course not, and, furthermore, you should cease speaking with
the cops regarding the matter and anyone else for that matter.
