Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
assult and battery
i have a friend who is on probation for a felony and caught another charge for malicous wounding would like to drope the malicious to an assult but dont want to have to serve a whole yr for the assult or serve all the sentance that was suspended from the 1st charge what is the most likely outcome?
