Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
assult
two frinends got into a fight,one male on female.charges were pressed aginst the male.who has two priore assualts,although not on a female.she did not press charges but an officer did.Both parties agree that the male was only defending him self.So how can this problem be help?
