attempted murder
can you be charged with two counts of attempted murdered by shooting into a moving vehicle and grazing some in the leg in the back seat of a car and then the bullet wound up in the back of the drivers head rest

Why, of course, although the charge may later be reduced to something like attempted manslaughter or some equivalent thereof.
