Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
attempted murder?
Is putting a foreign substance in someones gas tank considered attempted murder? It caused the car to lock up on the highway with 3 people in it. Also, is taking over $2,000 out of someones bank account grand larceny?

No, not if the person doing the taking was authorized on the account.
