Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
bad checks
work was done on my transmission,wrote 8 postdated checks at one time 4 cleared and the last four did not,is this civil or criminal being that i did not intend to defraud

Who's to say, based upon these facts, but it would certainly appear that it could be at least one or the other.
