Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Ok, so basically, I am a minor and the a couple weeks ago I was busted for trespassing/possession of marijuana... they had my friends and I call our parents for rides home and told each of our parents that something would come in the mail about court dates and such... nothing has come yet. On Saturday it will mark 2 weeks. Is this normal? I want to move past this but I feel I can't if I don't know what exactly is going on.
