I have been.charged with embezzlement. Items were.only $692
I have no.priors. NO CRIMINAL HISTORY. I AGREED TO PAY RESTITUTION. THE STATE IS VIRGINIA. IS THERE A CHANCE I GO.TO.JAIL?

I would doubt it (jail) based on these facts but without knowing the
particular Virginia jurisdiction which is handling this matter as well as other relevant facts involved with this crime having to do with the alleged victim(s), I couldn't say with greater certainty.
