Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

Bench Warrant
Ok I got a speeding ticket in oklahoma and did not pay it or make it to court. I now reside in Virginia but I have a bench warrant in oklahoma. I plan on paying the ticket and warrant fee soon to get my license here. My question is dummy me gave the virginia dmv my current address and now am scared they will come pick me up over the bench warrant? I dont drive now but will virginia come and arrest me for the oklahoma bench warrant its not even 300 dollars including the bench warrant fee?

No, Virginia law enforcement will not

be coming to arrest you on a warrant issued for a traffic infraction in Oaklahoma.

Nor is it likely that Oaklahoma would be requesting extradition of your person on a minor matter such as a traffic infraction.
