Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My bf had an assault charge against me. i was the one who was at fault. they offered him a batterers class so he took it. Can he appeal this bc i will tell them it was me that was at fault and entered into a anger management class already. Will it get dismissed?

No, once boyfriend has pled guilty and been convicted, he has in effect waived his right to appeal (whether you as his accuser were at fault or not).
